What data do we process?

Only what you enter yourself in the contact form or an email: name, business email address, company, an indication of your IT budget and your message.

What for?

To answer your request and, if you wish, to schedule an introductory call. Legal basis: your consent and steps taken at your request prior to a contract. We never send newsletters unless you ask for them separately.

Cookies and tracking

This website uses no cookies, no analytics and no trackers. Fonts are served from our own server. Answers to the renewal check stay in your own browser and are never sent to us.

Who receives your data?

No one outside Bivendo, except the provider that hosts this website (Cloudflare, Inc.) and our email provider. The contact form opens your own email app; your message goes directly to us, not through the hosting provider. We never sell or share your data with IT vendors.

How long do we keep it?

Contact requests that lead nowhere are deleted after twelve months. Documents from an engagement are deleted at the end of it, unless you ask otherwise or the law requires us to keep them.

Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your data and withdraw your consent at any time by emailing us. If you are not satisfied, you can lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (dataprotectionauthority.be).
